Before you sign with another contractor to have your equipment replaced, give us the opportunity to evaluate your equipment. First to ensure that replacement is the right option, then to make sure that what you replace is quality equipment that will serve your family for years to come.
$120 (Within service area)
$240 (After 5 pm M-F) (Weekends and Holidays)
$50 (Add Outside of service area)
Diagnosis goes from the moment of arrival, until the full evaluation of what is causing your equipment to not function. After diagnosis we will recommend repairs and talk options about maintaining or improving equipment performance.
$99 (Within service area per system)
$149 (Outside service area)
(From March-May) and (November-December)
Summer equipment inspection of air conditioning equipment with cleaning (some conditions apply) and recommendations on maintenance and functionality
Winter equipment inspection of furnaces, heat pumps, and electric air handlers for safety, longevity, and efficiency
